High season is June, July and August.
Mid season is April, May, September, and October.
Low season is November, December, January, February and March.

The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Max 6 persons can stay at the villa.

Price:

High season: 2495 EUR per week
Mid season: EUR 1995 per week
Low season: 1495 per week

Before/After Cleaning fee: EUR 165 EUR

Deposit: EUR 400

bed linen, towels and beach towels are included.
Fair use policy for electricity usage. 35kwh/per day included.

Escaping the cold winters in Europe and want to spend the winter months here? . Possible up to 90 days.

We do not allow pets
We do not allow groups below 28 years old
Because of our infinity terrace, we do not allow children below 10 years old
